2005/Chevy equinox

So I went to pick my son up from daycare
and my car seemed to be fine everything
was acting as it usually does. Coming
home from daycare was a different story. I
stopped at a stop sign and whe. I went to
pull off from it my car didn't wanna move
but then it finally caught up and started
going. Well of course I got stopped behind
a school bus each time.when having to
stop my  car didn't wanna go. At one point I
couldn't get it to move at all when pressing
the gas. Finally had to drop it in low to get it
to go. Well finally got it home and didn't
drive it anymore. Well then had someone to
come look at it and while they were looking
at it all my lights started flashinag and it
was acting like it was gonna cut off and
then we'll it did. We then assumed it was
the alternator. That got replaced tonight.my
battery was dead so got everything put my
together jumped my car off was gonna
drive it make sure everything was good. My
headlights won't come on and when I get to
take.off my car still doesn't wanna go.
Please help I am at my witts end
