Question type: Maintenance & Repair

hi there, i have an issue where, when the vehicle is stationary, and i turn left or
right, the nose of the car is pulled down. also there is a lot of resistance when
turning while driving. noticed a grinding noise when turning sharply in any
direction. had the left side inner cv replaced and this issued was noted
immediately after. any advice will be sincerely appreciated. thank you

took it back and apparently my diff is locked now. so after replacing the inner cv(passenger side) something happened that caused the diff to lock. which could be affecting the steering, because the wheels are now moving together. could replacing the inner cv cause the diff to lock?
