What issues will I have swapping my 2002 F150 4x4 5.4 Triton
with a 2000 5.4 F250 Triton

There are two different Triton factories and the engines are not the same. There are also a lot of variations of the different versions. I would compare them and see but I predict difficulties. Be sure and use the matching engine computer.
