Crank no start

I have a 2000 Chevy 1500 4.3 L have replaced
distributor timing chain and timing sprocket
ignition coil ignition module CMP ckp sensor still
not running

I don't know what testing you have done? I can't rule out the issues you've been working on? If you have the spider fuel system, I usually check that first. That system is noted for problems, check proper fuel pressure. Usually if it cranks good but won't start, make sure battery has a full charge. Have helper crank it while you check for spark at the plugs, proper fuel pressure, fuel injector pulse and cylinder compression.
