I start my truck after I filled it with coolant thought
it might have been the water pump but when
running it sprays coolant out the bottom on the
right side could that be a hole in the coolant line?
or something else

radiator hose or radiator.

Have someone pressure check your cooling system and you will find your leak. It could be a freeze plug.

I guarantee it’s a radiator spring clamp, those go on all vehicles eventually, usually they snap in half when you try and take them off
