2002 ford explorer

Asked by Penelopekaye May 23, 2016 at 12:52 PM about the 2002 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi. I recently had to replace both drivers side doors
due to a side swipe. Now I have no power to any
doors, no radio, or wipers. Everything worked
before this. Fuses under dash all look good. Ideas
please?

I take it everything worked after the sideswipe. Then the problem lies inside one or both doors as wiring is concerned. A wiring diagram for your 2002 will be required. My Haynes repair manual for my 2003 has wiring diagrams in the back, it covers 2002 models. The diagrams have the color code for the wires also. You'll need the color code to trace backward to find the fault.
