I parked my explorer in the driveway and the next
morning I went to leave for work started it let it
warm up and when I went to leave it would shift
into any gear almost like it's stuck in park what
could it be?

Well, I don't think your going anywhere today with that vehicle. Sounds like there is a problem with the Shift Interlock Solenoid. Either a wire has broken off, a bad Sift Interlock, or the problem could be with the brake light switch, since it is tied in with the Shift Interlock system.
