Can u help me my ac want turn all tha time sum
time it works sum times it don't but my heater
works all the time can u tell me wat's the problem

What part does not turn all the time? The pulley the belt is on turns all the time. The clutch on the face of the pulley kicks on and off, cycles, as it should do.

Tha heater works find but when i turn tha ac on it's still blow hot air sum times it blows cold

All depends on the outside air temperature whether or not it blows cold. If when it is above like 60* or more, and it does not blow cold air, then the system needs to be charged with refrigerant.
