Just was giving car sat for three years
, what should I do ?

drain the fuel tank first. Look online for articles on car sat for three years how to start. Replace the fluids and filters too.

i agree, sort of. Oil and coolant should be changed because some of the additives in them break down over time. Transmission fluid should be fine, just make sure its full. If it will start, top it up with fresh fuel and drive it till its fairly close to empty and fill it up again. A new fuel filter couldn't hurt (if it has one) but wait till you've burned a tank or two to do that so you don't plug up a new filter. Inspect coolant hoses, vacuum lines and electrical connections and air filter under the hood and replace if necessary. At that point you should be good to go anywhere with it.
