Wipers,AC,horn all quit at the same time
wonder if there's a common problem for all
to quit?

The diagram is for your horn. What testing have you done? Check the horn fuse, as you can see, hot all the time. Not only check the fuse, use a test light and check voltage at fuse. You can unplug the horn relay, use proper jumper wire between cavities 3 and 5, in the diagram, the horn should sound. If it does, check for problem on control side of relay, that side needs both voltage and ground. Unless ac controls on steering wheel or column, I don't see the connection, at the moment.
