Can you easily install a 2007 dodge ram 2500 5.7L hemi
motor in a 2003 dodge ram 2500?

If the 2003 also had a 5.7, it is not that difficult. If it has any other size engine, there will be lots of things that need to be modified and/or replaced. Exhaust system, wiring for sensors, motor mounts, etc.

My 2003 has a 5.7L hemi motor and the 2007 has a 5.7L hemi motor so I could I just take the motor out of my 03 and put in the motor from the 07 without any modifications?

4 years means there were changes along the way. You won't find out about a lot of them until you discover the engine won't run but good luck.
