Audi a6

Asked by GuruV3G15 Sep 22, 2018 at 08:35 AM about the 2007 Audi A6 3.2 Sedan FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Replaced the battery and reconnected. Put key in
ignition to start. In on position, nothing comes on,
in start position, nothing happens. Key locks in
ignition. Put battery charger on under hood & not it
has electric items on dash lights, radio etc but in
start position, nothing fires.

If you had to put a charger on a new battery take it back and get a good one. If the battery is OK try tapping the starter while someone holds the key in the start position.
