Overheating

I just replaced the radiator, water pump, and thermostat within the past two
months; now the coolant is backing up into the reservoir causing the car to
overheat.

Every time I put water in the radiator it leaked out by the passenger front tire I don’t know why I asked around n someone told me it could be a cracked hose or something does anyone know why it would do that. N the car over heats. Because I know that fans don’t work but like I said I’ll put water in the radiator and it leaks out why would this happen
