Clicking noise

On my 2008 CHEVY impala when I start the
car something starts to click and it is
coming  from behind the glove compartment,  it sounds like something is
trying to turn but is stuck..... Help

That sounds like a bad relay to me. It will likely need a mechanic to disassemble the dash on that side and replace it.
