can you put a trans from a 2007 Buick Lucerne in a
2008 model?

Should be the same transmission IF the replacement also has the same engine. Lucernes were available with V6 and V8 engines.

2000 I have a 2006 Nissan Maxima 3.5 SL V6 can I use a transmission from that vehicle to a 2006 Buick Lucerne

How about a 2006 v6 and a 2009 v6, the 20006 has a colum shifter where the other has a floor shifter. I am hoping for a plate swap or something. The numbers are the same
