Noise

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I lightly ran up against something on the side of the  
rode trying to put on my seat belt and now when I
drive it feels like something good is dragging
underneath and the car shakes alooot. Any idea
what could be dragging. Also steering wheel likes
turning in different directions when I don't hold it.
