Question type: Maintenance & Repair

car wont start, lights wrk,heater wkr,seats wrk,door locks work,
windows,radio,interior light,dont work , cant hear fuel pump come on
engine spins but wont craNK
changed all relays & fuses battery fully charged
flashers/signal lights come on but wont flash

sounds like it could be a lot of things, im no mechanic but i can tell you that if you buy an engine code reader for your car it will help you alot with diagnosis on your vehichle

If you can't hear the fuel pump it's probably faulty and the engine isn't getting gas. As for the blinkers, I had an Escort where I had to manually blink the blinkers. Pain in the butt.
