car won't start

I just changed the battery a month ago. the connections are good, I have good voltage, the lights, windows, radio everything works but when I try to start it, it just clicks? Also, I tried to jump start it with no luck, seems the same with or with out jumper cables on it

Have someone tap on starter with a hammer while trying to start at the same time. If vehicle starts replace starter. This is not a %100 way to check for a bad starter but most of the time it works sometimes not but still could be a bad starter.

the key word is TAP, if it is a magnetic starter if you don't need one before you whack it with a hammer you will need one after you do
