Won't Start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Had AAA out for my 2010 Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4. was turning the key and nothing at all. Checked battery, alternator, starter all ok. Went under the vehicle came out and said he cleaned out some kind of "valve" that was clogged. Said if he didn't work for Jeep service at some point he would have never known about it. Now it happened AGAIN and I don't know what "VALVE" he cleaned out. Can someone give me an idea???

I can't image what he "cleaned out" without any tools, didn't get dirty doing it, and where is this debris he "cleaned out"? I think he has a future as a comedian or magician. I think he was under there to wiggle the heavy wire that powers the starter and made up some other BS so you call him again for his "specialized knowledge". So try to find a loose/corroded cable for the starter. If the cable was not tightened, it's no surprise it happened again.
