Engine light

7 codes from Orielly's. I have changed out all spark plugs.
Four O2 sensors in exhaust, two per side. Maps sensor.
Oil filter and oil change, and never had problem with truck
performance until I did all the work. All parts were bought
from Orielly's. I just bought 1 coil pack and 2 new spark
plugs to replace but not sure if that will fix problem.

Tom, One thing I think many drivers tend to neglect/forget is to actually disconnect the battery at the time of installing all these products which resets the system. However the error code could still be within the system there after.
