Jeep Grand Cherokee

I have a 2007Jeep Grand Cherokee with 245/60R17 tires on them but I am
considering getting bigger tires.Would 265/60R18 tires fit on the front and
back of my jeep without no lift?

Depends on your rim offset I have a 255/60/18 there a 10" wide tire and I have a spacers on each of the front rims cause it didn't clear the front brake caliper and they hit the upper control arms but I took care of that with an angle grinder, but a 265 is 10.5" so if you have a negative offset rim you might be able to
