Dodge caravan

There is a little black hose to the coolant cap it
seems like a little antifreeze may be coming from it
and my heat has stopped blowing hot air only cold
air yesterday the car ended up over heating but
there is plenty of antifreeze in the car not sure what
could be going on or what is causing this to
happen

when mine did something similar I had to flush the radiator....found a crack and then had to replace the radiator
