2002 jetta

I bought a new radiator, a new auxiliary
water pump and a new thermostat but it
still heats up and I don't know why. Any
Suggestions?

Sounds like the cooling system needs to be purged from the air pockets. There are videos on youtube on how to purge the cooling system.
