2012 Dodge Charger

I'm having issues figuring out why my car won't
start I have placed a brand new battery, brand new
starter, brand new alternator, full tune up, full fluids
change, and the motor moves so it cant be locked.
But when I try to turn the car on my car gives me
not a try, not any not to say something else is
wrong.

Scan for fault codes and fix accordingly. Replace the fuel filter too if it has more than 30K miles.
