It could be a bad connection at the battery or starter. Check all the battery cables at the battery and at the starter. These connections need to be absolutely free of corrosion, clean and tight. Also have the battery tested. Battery testing is usually a free service at auto parts stores. If the battery and the connections check out, I would next look at the starter. Do you have a check engine light that is on? If so get the vehicle scanned for fault codes.

The battery has corrosion on positive cable but every time I clean it 2-3 days later it's corroded

If corrosion reappears quickly you have a loose battery post that is venting acid vapors onto the battery terminal. You can get battery post pads that install under the battery terminal. They are only a couple of bucks, available at your local auto parts store and they will slow the corrosion down, but a new battery might be the best choice.
