When I turn the key none of the dash lights
r on and it won't click either but my dome
light and the door dinger works and I
changed out battery's and still doing the
same thing. I need some idea asp

No, the symptoms you describe sounds like a bad ignition switch. The ignition switch is driven by the lock cylinder (the part where the key is inserted). This switch will need to be replaced if this is the problem.
