my transmission acts like it don't want to go into 2nd gear

Check the fluid level.

Ok but when it goes into second then it gets confused and jumps between first and second

Transmissions will do strange things when the fluid is not at the proper level.The first thing to do is eliminate all the obvious or easy things to check and or repair.

Yup all fluids are good oil looks new tranny fluid it's red see through and at the line where it's supposed to be
