91 dodge dakota

truck will not start spark plugs are new and gapped correctly, no fuel relay on
the truck. has full power on every thing. am i looking at needing a new fuel
pump

Put ur ear by gas tank or fill tube and have someone turn ignition to on position but. Don't crank. Pump should start pumping a few seconds to prime system an u should hear it
