Car would not go over 30 mph in drive but it goes
over when in drive 2 I was driving and heard a pop
noise I stoped didn't see anything got down the
road it start loosing pressure

Does sound like it is hissing? Loosing pressure like you say? That sounds like the catalytic converter is plugged. Take it to an exhaust shop to be checked out.

It's like when I get to 40 mph it just revs up like it's sum to do wit transmission but in drive two it doesn't revs up it goes

Ok, there is a transmission problem. May be a shift solenoid, may need a filter and fluid change. See if the transmission fluid is burnt by smelling it off of the dip stick. If it does smell burnt, that is not good. You should take it to a transmission shop for proper diagnosis.
