Ford expedition 2002

Driving in 4wd and accidentally switched to 4
wl while moving 30mph. Loud clunk. Now it
wont shift to anything but 4wl. What did i
DO??

Shifting into 4 High at 30 should not cause a problem. Try backing up and driving slowly while trying to shift.
