Recently my truck has a distinct pull to the right when shifting into all gears.
Problem exists mainly when its been sitting; worse if its been sitting awhile,
milder if its only been sitting for 15 minutes or so. The pull occurs when
shifting through all gears, but then stops after the first time. The more rapid
the acceleration the greater the pull, to the point that its startling.
2015 Silverado 2500 HD, 6.0, 6 speed auto.

Check engine and trans mounts, with the hood open and engine running put it in gear hold btake then accelerate watch engine, how far does it move?

Thanks, Mike. I’ll check that, but as I said it only does it when its been sitting a bit then only during the first shift into each gear. When its cold, it’ll do it through each gear then not do it again until its been sitting awhile. I’d think if it was the mounts it would do it every time, but I’ll check just to be safe.
