Ford explorer wont start

Asked by Aj Mar 21, 2016 at 04:31 PM about the 2000 Ford Explorer XLT

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I put the key in and I have no power. No lights,
no radio, no click. Nothing. The battery is new
and so are the terminals. It just doesn't seem to
have power.
