1998 Ford Explorer

So recently I've been driving in my truck I would the AC on
and one day I stopped a truck turn off the AC and then
turned off the truck and coolant was pouring out on the
bottom of the engine all the other times I don't have the AC
on it doesn't leak pour out at all

You can get a loaner tool from a place like auto zone where you can pressurize the system. Fill the radiator with water, use the proper cap with the tool, pressurize the radiator to about 10 psi, and believe me - you will see where the water is coming from. Repair the affected part, drain the system, then refill with 5050 coolant.

You sure it wasn't just condensate from the AC system dripping down from driving in humid weather?
