Saturn is part of GM... GM recalled Saturn's for a too short 97 Cent spring in the ignition in 2014. I had a horrible car accident 16 months before the recall and was badly injured. The newest President Mary Bara in 2014 went before Congress and acknowledged that former Presidents had known about the too short spring for about 10 years and would do NO THING to change a 97 cent spring. Assuming that the few damages they might have to pay would cost less than replacing millions of springs!

The ignition switch turns on every computer when you start the car... The recall letter from GM instructed me to go to GM dealer in my town and have the challenge fixed AND TO ONLY EVER USE JUST THE KEY IN THE IGNITION...NO HEAVY KEY CHAINS WITH LOTS OF WEIGHT AND OTHER KEYS. JUST THE ignition key. So a too short spring disrupts a lot of the vehicles components. GM still sends me letters over the years reminding me to only use the one key in the ignition. SOOO did GM really fix it?
