2017 Kia Sportage Ex AWD Shh Noise When Starting

Hi all. I bought my Sportage a few weeks ago and I've noticed a shhh/hissing noise when I start it. It seems to be louder when it's colder outside, but not as loud when it's about 40° or higher.
