Gear Ratio And Final Drive Spec For The 68 Standard 1500 Sedan

What were the gear ratios for the '68 standard 1500 sedan? Could I swap the R&P with an aftermarket pair? Are there any mods necessary for this swap or is it a straight swap? Thanks.
