Infiniti Canada operates a corporate-level certified pre-owned (CPO) vehicle program for its brand's used vehicles. To qualify, Infiniti’s CPO vehicles must:
- Be from within the last 6 model years and have fewer than 120,000 kilometres
- Pass a 169-point inspection
- Not have incurred more than $10,000 in damage repair per a vehicle history report such as Carproof or Carfax
Warranty
Infiniti certified pre-owned vehicles are covered by a 6-year/160,000-kilometre limited powertrain warranty from the new vehicle’s original in-service date. This limited warranty is fully transferrable to a subsequent owner. Extended warranty coverage is offered at an additional cost.

Roadside Assistance
Infiniti Canada offers a 24-7 premium roadside assistance on certified pre-owned vehicles for the duration of the limited powertrain warranty. This roadside assistance package covers more than 600 components as well as winching, battery boosting, fuel delivery, lockout service, and tire changes. Program benefits also include:

rental vehicle assistance of up to $60 per day for up to 10 days;

tire road hazard coverage, which covers the factory or dealer-installed tires at delivery, plus one set of winter tires purchased from and installed by the Infiniti dealership, against damage from road hazards for the duration of the warranty or the tire’s useful life (to a tread wear of 1.6 mm or 2/32 of an inch), whichever comes first;

towing assistance to the owner’s preferred Infiniti retailer within 50 kilometers, or to the nearest Infiniti retailer, when the vehicle malfunctions or breaks down due to a failure of a covered component or in the event of an accident;

personalized trip planning within Canada and the continental United States;

traffic accident services, which will cover accommodations, vehicle rental, commercial transportation, or passenger return for 72 hours if an accident occurs more than 100 kilometres from home, or the cost of commercial transportation up to $100 to return home if the distance is less than 100 kilometres;

trip interruption service, which offers the same coverage as traffic accident services within the same distances in the event of a mechanical breakdown, as well as costs to reunite with the vehicle at the repair site when more than 100 kilometres from home;

hazardous weather service, which covers accommodation and meals, emergency communications, and personal necessities in the event a vehicle and/or its owner are stranded more than 100 kilometres from home due to as snow, hail, ice, fog, flooding, forest fire, avalanche, tornado, hurricane or landslide; and

legal advice service, which covers some legal costs associated with being charged with speeding, careless driving, or other moving violations, to varying prescribed financial limits and specific circumstances.
Vehicle History Report
Every Infiniti CPO vehicle is sold with a vehicle history report detailing service activities, liens, and accident history, if any. The report provider is determined at the selling dealer’s discretion.
SiriusXM Tral Subscription
A 3-month trial subscription to SiriusXM satellite radio is included on compatible certified Infiniti vehicles.
Exchange Privilege
Should the buyer not be satisfied with the purchase, a certified pre-owned Infiniti vehicle can be exchanged for another within 10 days or 1,500 kilometres of the original purchase.
