Porsche’s certified pre-owned vehicle program (CPO), also known as Porsche Approved, applies to used cars and SUVs that have passed the company’s rigorous qualification programs.
Unlike other manufacturers that limit CPO programs to vehicles that are from within the last few model years, Porsche will certify certain vehicles that are up to 13 years from the in-service date and with up to 200,000 kilometres on the odometer.
To qualify for the Porsche Approved certified pre-owned program, the Porsche vehicle must:
- Meet the company’s preparation standards
- Pass a 111-point inspection checklist
- Have any needed repairs and maintenance performed by Porsche-approved mechanics
- Have only genuine Porsche parts installed
Warranty
The Porsche CPO limited warranty covers the vehicle for 2 years and an unlimited number of kilometres from either the end of the new-vehicle limited warranty or the date of sale if the new-car warranty has expired. This is a comprehensive warranty with no deductible, and it is redeemable at any Porsche dealership in Canada and the United States. Only genuine Porsche parts are used in the repair process, and all work is done by factory-trained technicians. Visual and acoustic concerns, and wear and tear, are not considered defects and are excluded from the warranty. Extended warranty coverage is available for an extra cost. All warranties are fully transferable to a subsequent owner.

Roadside Assistance
For the duration of the two-year certified pre-owned warranty period, certified pre-owned Porsche owners receive 24-hour roadside assistance. This service includes: emergency towing, out-of-charge services, collision towing, battery jump-starts, flat tire assistance, lock-out assistance, emergency fuel delivery, extrication/winch service, and trip interruption reimbursement.
