The truck I inquired about was conditionally sold. However the agent was to contact me to confirm the status of the sale. (I did tell him that I would come in with a firm cash offer.) I received no such confirmation, and as such have continued my search out of my current area at dealers that have more inventory at a much more competitive price.

Dealer informed me that the truck was already sold but said they had similar trucks for similar price but havent reached out to let me know what they had and i had asked them to

I wish I have seen the google review for the sales person Luu before going in and dealing with him. I had a disappointing experience during my first visit to chatham honda. The salesperson Luu I dealt with, was very unprofessional and rude, making the process unnecessarily stressful. It was evident they were not properly trained, which not only made my experience unpleasant but also left me questioning the dealership’s overall standards. First impressions matter, and this one unfortunately ruined my confidence in this dealership. I hope management takes steps to address these issues to maintain their reputation and provide a better customer experience in the future. “Because of one person they cannot afford to close down the whole location and this is going that way now.” God bless owner and this dealership!!

I actually got two replies, both polite and informative. Have not gone there yet.

Car was accidentally priced way below market price upon arrival. Jordan honoured the original posted price. Very pleased with honesty and ethics of Lally Kia.

Dealer responded promptly with offer of further assistance. We have not followed up yet.
