I bought a 2025 ram 1500 from Londonderry , the transmission broke 2 to 3 weeks later with about 2600 km on the truck.The truck broke down in another city, we were stranded there for 2 nights , and ended up driving a loaner car back to our city 3 hours away . I contacted the dealer to see if they would give me a replacement truck , without any success. Once you drive the vehicle off the lot it is yours. It is now going on 3 weeks since the transmission broke and the dealer still can not give us a repacement date for the transmission, as to when the vehicle will be repaired . I hope you have better luck with this dealership than we did.

As soon as I got truck within 10 minutes the heat went in the truck took it in to find out the block heater was plugged gonna cost another$2,400 after paying them$800 for brakes on this vehicle so now if I knew block heater was plugged I never would of bought this vehicle dealer should have known this when they did the inspection on this vehicle no im stuck with it and we will see if dealer plans on doing anything to repair I paid $9,999 for this truck within 10minutes of driving it it was blowing cold air through the heat vents I took it in to Canadian tire to find out why there was no heat they told me it was heating core and it would cost $2,400 to replace when I bought truck it also needed brakes so dealer told me it would be $1,600 to replace but they gave it to me for $800 so I agreed but now it cost me $430 to flush heating core with no guarantee now the dealer doesn't want to do nothing about it they scammed me for $12,000 I do not recommend buying from them
