After requesting the Carfax report for this car, I received a prompt reply from John followed by a custom-made, narrated video tour of the actual car, with very polite/professional follow-up afterwards. It really instilled confidence that the vehicle was exactly as expected esp. when shopping from a distance, plus also said here's a salesperson willing to go out of their way to help make your search easier, and comfortable. Though in the end I decided to go with a more modest purchase, I'd definitely seek out this dealership/salesperson another time and am happy to share hoping it helps another have a positive experience.
