I actually felt I was treated quite rudely. i am currently very busy with work and as a result I asked online what their best cash price all in was for a particular vehicle. I was looking for something cheap to help out my ex who had been in an accident and wasn't in a position to get herself something as a replacement. I had inquired through Car Gurus as well as Facebook as they had it listed there as well. The response I received back was "the listed price plus tax". I then thanked them for the lack of assistance to which they responded thank you for asking what the best price was online and then they blocked me on Facebook. I have almost never made a formal complaint about a business but this really rubbed me wrong. i did enter a complaint into their own website but to date ( 1 week later) I have not received any reply or response. If this is indicative of their customer service I can easily take my business elsewhere.
