Ford dealerships near me (Winnipeg, MB, CA)

Sales manager is absolutely and utterly unprofessional. He was rude to us right off the bat and even tried provoking my friend helping me with the process. His negative and disgusting tone towards potential customers needs to be drastically improved. Hard to believe he's been in the business for so long you would think he would have more self- respect and professionalism with how he carried himself today. If I were him, I would be embarrassed... especially since it was in front of customers and his staff. Everyone dropped what they were doing and stood around watching as he lost his cool and professionalism (if there even was any to begin with). It's unfortunate that the sales team has to work under someone like him. I would've bought the vehicle if he spoke to and treated us like valued potential customers. Was trying to rush the sale without giving all the info. Felt rushed didn’t address my concerns or questions just come in and we will put you in this lacking to tell me it wasn’t safetied and it’s as is.they are a big deal ship you mean to tell me they choose to not safety this truck ? Makes no sense

I did not contact him recently. However, the sales teams looked professional and responsive to the needs of buyers.

Salesperson set up a test drive. He was ready with the car when we arrived. Let us drive the car by ourselves and was very helpfull. No pressure. Would recommend this dealership.
