They are terrible. They transferred a vehicle I was dealing on to another Birchwood dealership and raised the asking price $3000. Against my better judgment I made an appointment to look at another vehicle there and no one helped me even though I had an appointment. When I sent an email to management to provide feedback, they denied everything and made nothing but excuses. Terrible dealership
