Dealer claimed the car should never have been advertised as it was a demonstrator and indicated that it would be removed as a car for sale. It’s still online as a car for sale. It was all a ruse to get you to contact the dealer and then they try to get you interested in another vehicle. Not impressed.

Vincent was very patient and helpful on the phone. He talked me through how to navigate the dealer's site and view the Carfax report. Unfortunately, the car sold before I got to see it.

Sales rep (Jonathan) was attentive to my questions, very personable. Took video of the vehicle as photos were not yet posted. Scheduled a test drive, showed me all the vehicle’a features. Easy negotiations. No hidden fees and o pressure to purchase extended warranties or rust proofing. Well worth the drive from Ottawa!
