New LED tail lights wont flash turn signals, I already replaced the flasher fuse with one from Classic Industries with a ground wire and they still don't flash. HELP I WANNA DRIVE

I've looked high and low and I cant find a second flasher more information would be very helpfull

I've tried two different flashers besides the original, a newer one from the parts store then one from classic industries. Neither one solved the problem I cant be the only person to buy these lights so their has to be a fix for this.
