Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I start the car, fuel comes running into the air cleaner box. I hear a motor running by the head next to the fire wall, but don't know what it is. It also revs high and then low, then just dies if I don't keep the throttleing it up. NEED HELP!!!!!
