My sons  honda  the a.c. stop blowing  cold air  it
blows air like straight from  the motor  then starts
to  blow good again  but  sometimes  it makes a
whistle  noise   he wants   to know  more about  
what it is

This may be low freon,if not the sound may be the compressor is going bad,or possibly low on oil all so,have it checked before it hurt,s the compressor.
