2008 Honda Covic 5 speed Manual 120,000
milesHad new Serpentine belt, new battery
installed, oil change with synthetic oil. It passed
inspection. I get home car it sat less than 2 hours ,
I drove it for a couple miles the check engine light
started flashing , it was extremely slow to
accelerate, and car shut off going up a gradual
incline. Spark plugs replaced about 4 months ago. I
bring it back to repair shop it showing misfire with
multiple codes start with P300 on up . The
shopsruled out coils, mass air fuel sensor, O2
sensor. They also put a fluid to remove any water
from fuel tank.Could it be related to any of things
that I had them replace cause the problem?. What
would cause this to happen. 2 car repair shops
have tried there best to diagnose the problem and
just can't figure it out. Please help !!! :(

That sounds like your car may be going into limp mode. Can you post all the codes? Maybe the computer is going out.
I recall a few P300, P301, P304. My car has been in shop over a week. If computer is that expensive to replace?
Yes those are miss-fire codes. https://www.obd-codes.com/p03- codes

P03xx means misfire in cylinder XX. If it' P0300, then you might have an "Oops, I didn't fire, silly me" plug. They will rapidly cause your catalytic converter to go boom. [Not literally.]
You figure out what was wrong with you Honda
I really hate it when people post the problem but not what they found out caused it. I'm having the exact same problem.
