Does the 2009 Audi A4 have a switch to turn on/off the daytime running lights?

I wouldn't think it would have a switch to do that. Most cars actually do not. For the majority of cars, you have to connect the computer and go into the settings and do that. It sounds like this is the case.

The daytime running lights (DRL) is a safety function and the forward high beams operate at about 80% of power as long as the car is running or ignition switch is on. Cannot be turn OFF. Why would you want to eliminate this safety feature? I am of the opinion that all cars should have this feature as too many people drive at dawn/dusk/rain, etc. with their lights off. Perhaps someday it will be standard.
